Welcome aboard!

My journey to achieve a healthier lifestyle and to be in a "better place" regarding my weight issue has been a slow but steady process. Food is an important part of my life, I LOVE pottering in the kitchen and enjoy good meals with my  husband, friends and family. This is a record of bits and bobs I have used which I hope will help others, whether to loose weight, experiment with some recipes, find healthy alternatives to food favourites or just have fun in the kitchen.


My journey was not a lonely, uninspiring one, it was down to the wonderful family who supported me and my awesome friends at Slimming World ,

I can not take credit for all the recipes - whilst many ARE my own versions, many are down to Slimming World - or my take on a basic idea.
